Mary Peacock Elementary 1st graders recently visited the Del Norte High School dance studio for a hands-on learning experience. The visit gave the younger students a chance to participate in a basic dance class led by high school dance students.

During the session, the 1st graders followed along with simple stretches and movements. The high school students helped guide them through the activities and offered encouragement throughout. It was a fun and active way for the younger kids to try something new, while the older students practiced leadership and instruction in a classroom setting.
